Most of my runs occur on the trinity trail, its nice limestone trails that are labeled and go for miles along the Trinity River. However to get to the trail i have a 4minute trot down taylor street and past the Fort Worth jail. I often do strides by there, and the other morning after a run doing a few strides i could here someone laughing. I am sure i know who it was now. Check this artcle out.
